This past August we catered for the entire town of Charition, Iowa. We worked with Johnson Machine Works to celebrate their 100th anniversary. The event was open to the entire town with no way to estimate the guest counts. We provided food for 3000 people in 90 minutes. Food With Flair helped with all stages of the event, planning the event, to food preparation, to service & clean up.
We also had the privilege to work with Jordan Creek Mall for their V.I.P. event. We planned and organized their full service event. This included all their bar needs: 4500 Glasses, 20 bartenders and 15 bars. We also provided 10 food stations, 25 wait staff and 2500 plates. We were in charge of creating pedestals to match the mall with flowing flowers. Our cascading food was sculpted on muted fabrics on winding food stations. It was a great event with happy hosts and happy guests.
